US distributed energy resources provider EnSync Energy Inc (NYSEAMERICAN:ESNC) said Thursday it has sold a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) tied to a solar-plus-storage project in Hawaii. The company, doing business as EnSync Energy Systems, inked the particular PPA with Kona Brewing Company in August 2018 and is now selling it to an undisclosed investor.
