Nabrawind offers two top level products for the main components of the new XXL wind turbines: 1. NABRAJOINT. A modular blade joint based on a new patented bolted connection, which can be integrated into all the wind turbine blade structures. The relevant advantages of this solution for segmented blades are: - ultra high strength of the joint elements - low weight and cost due to the compact design and ultra high strength of the joint elements - fast and robust assembly process due to the automated pretension tool - maintenance-free joint - safe lightning protection of the joint, integrated into the blade LPS - maximum reliability due to the extensive validation and certification tests campaign 2. NABRALIFT. A self-erecting tower based on a new patented frame structure, which can be integrated into all the wind turbine tower designs. The relevant advantages of this solution are: - low tower full cost due to the large mass reduction in foundation and tower structure - transport savings due to the structure modularization and packaging optimization into conventional containers
