Nabrawind Technologies is dedicated to the design and development of advanced wind technologies for wind turbine components, as well as engineering services advisory. Nabrawind offers two top level products for the main components of the new XXL wind turbines: 1. NABRAJOINT. A modular blade joint based on a new patented bolted connection, which can be integrated into all the wind turbine blade structures. The relevant advantages of this solution for segmented blades are: - ultra high strength of the joint elements - low weight and cost due to the compact design and ultra high strength of the joint elements - fast and robust assembly process due to the automated pretension tool - maintenance-free joint - safe lightning protection of the joint, integrated into the blade LPS - maximum reliability due to the extensive validation and certification tests campaign 2. NABRALIFT. A self-erecting tower based on a new patented frame structure, which can be integrated into all the wind turbine tower designs. The relevant advantages of this solution are: - low tower full cost due to the large mass reduction in foundation and tower structure - transport savings due to the structure modularization and packaging optimization into conventional containers
