Polish Wind Energy Association (PSEW) is a non-governmental organization operating since 1999, founded by a group of people interested in wind technology implementation in Polish. The overriding aim of the Association is to work for the improvement of existing and the creation of new legal provisions and to increase public awareness of wind energy, so as to enable its dynamic development in Poland. The aim PSEW is also taking initiatives to combat barriers to wind energy development. PWEA is an association of the leading companies active on the wind energy market in Poland: investors, developers, turbine and component manufacturers, both from Poland and abroad.
