2020 IEEE Annual Green Technologies Conference

In 2020, the IEEE Green Technologies Conference arrives in vibrant Oklahoma City for the first time. Centrally located in the US, Oklahoma City is known for great Southern cuisine, Midwestern hospitality, and with flair of the Wild West culture. The IEEE Green Technologies Conference (GreenTech) was conceived to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time that is in securing green and clean energy sources for the 21st century to protect the environment. How do we provide the reliable energy demanded by an environmentally sensitive world using all our energy resources in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner? This conference attempts to draw insights and encourage collaboration from many disciplines and backgrounds to address these challenges of Green and clean energy sources added to energy mix but also see challenges to the energy grid operations requiring active management of all the available energy sources to help build a resilient power grid.

Green Hydrogen Summit 2024

April 17-18, 2024 | Portugal

Green hydrogen is currently enjoying unprecedented political and commercial momentum, with the number of policies and projects around the world expanding rapidly over the last 12 months. With hydrogen now a central part of many nations’ decarbonisation plans, there remains an elephant in the room; how do we produce clean green hydrogen at the volumes needed to support this burgeoning hydrogen ecosystem, at comparable prices to grey or blue Hydrogen? The fifth annual Green Hydrogen Summit will return to Lisbon as Portugal’s premier green hydrogen event to inspire and educate delegates on how to take advantage of the opportunities green hydrogen will offer financially and environmentally and provide the connections to make it possible. Our unique audience includes offtakers, energy suppliers, project developers, debt providers and investors, utilities, gas TSOs and government officials. In 2024 we will move beyond an introduction to the concepts of green hydrogen and will look at the larger challenges on the horizon for the sector, including securing energy supply for Hydrogen production with limited sources of renewable energy and limited grid capacity.

IEEE Green Energy and Smart Systems Conference (IGESSC 2023)

November 13-14, 2023 | USA

The proposed conference intends to bring together researchers and practitioners from relevant fields to present and disseminate ongoing research for smart systems, and sustainable and green energy technologies.

PV CellTech Europe 2024

March 12-13, 2024 | Germany

PV CellTech returns to Europe on 12-13 March 2024 at the new Frankfurt, Germany location, and will feature an expanded agenda scope to fully map out the European roadmap for advanced solar PV manufacturing capacity additions out to 2030 and beyond. In addition to capturing global PV technology trends in manufacturing, PV CellTech Europe 2024 will examine the ecosystem in Europe for full value-chain PV manufacturing, looking at the prospects for existing and new entrants in coming years. Join us for answers to the important questions in PV cell technology: Who are the leading TOPCon and heterojunction cell producers and what are their roadmaps to increased efficiencies? What disruptive PV manufacturing solutions are maturing? What is on the horizon for tandem cell manufacturing? What back contact variants could become mainstream offerings after TOPCon? Who is manufacturing what in Europe and what is the long term viability of European manufacturing? These and many more questions will be addressed, discussed and answered in Frankfurt during PV CellTech Europe 2024 on 12-13 March 2024.
