Tim Walz, a member of the U.S. Climate Alliance, publicly introduced a proposal aiming for 100 percent clean energy electrical generation in the state by 2050. Walz introduced the proposal on Twitter with a short video, calling it the “One Minnesota Path to Clean Energy.” As the video reaches its end, Walz says, “Minnesota, let’s go 100 percent carbon-free.
