Research Priorities to Address Bats and Wind Energy Issues

For the last 15 years, the Bats and Wind Energy Cooperative (BWEC) has been developing tools and science-based solutions to reduce bat fatalities at wind turbines. At the most recent BWEC All Committee Science Meeting, representative stakeholders developed a list of research priorities for 2019 to 2021. This webinar provided a summary of the issues related to bats and wind energy, a brief history of the BWEC, and its current strategy to address bats and wind energy issues.
