Microsoft is dedicated to building the responsible cloud of the future. Our datacenters have been 100 percent carbon neutral since 2012. Already around 50 percent of the electricity used by our datacenters comes from green energy sources, some of which are supplied via the grid through existing resources while the remainder is supplied by our own projects. We continue to work to make our data centers more reliant on wind, solar, and hydropower.
