Siemens Gamesa awarded 96.6 MW onshore wind power order in Northern Norway

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will supply the Sørfjord Vindpark onshore wind power plant in Northern Norway with 23 units of their Onshore Direct Drive OptimaFlex wind turbines. The SWT-DD-130 turbines will each feature a rated capacity of 4.2 MW and a 130 meter diameter rotor.
